Halloumi

A great gourmet snack at a braai.

 

Cut Goat Peter’s halloumi in 1/2cm thick slices, pop onto a hot grid or fry in a pan. Once browned, remove from the heat, drizzle with fresh lemon juice - and, if you like, with a handful of capers - and serve as is.
